URGENT HELP IS NEEDED

The public has been given less than THREE WEEKS to read, question and comment upon the Draft Environmental Impact Study (DEIS)! We are asking you to help us obtain a 1-month extension to the October 29 deadline. Please download, sign and mail the letters on our DEIS Extension Letters page.
